The University English Dictionary describes the word “illuminate” as “to light up; to adorn with festive lamps or bonfires; to enlighten intellectually; to adorn with coloured pictures. Here is my choice for this week. Thanks to my daughter-in-law and my son for their gifts of the red bowl and the elephant π I wore the pearls to my wedding in June last year. Lorraine
