I do and I am not happy about it!
I sometimes get angry with myself when I allow my inner wimp to have its way. I feel ashamed of myself when I take the easy way out and avoid a situation. I shared this with a friend and she suggested that we all experience this from time to time. I am reminded that when I try to resist something it only becomes a stronger force within me. I think it is time I had some compassion for that wimpy part of me. I can’t see it having any useful purpose but, who knows, it may well be doing some good.
What do you think?
cheers

The answer is a resounding ‘Yes’! Let’s face it. It’s better to keep the peach π
Does your second wimp like a second mind where you will be doing something and you’ll think of something else? I read a novel in which the character has a second mind, she has two minds going, which will be her work and the other one interfering, making her think of something else. She cured it in a very neat way.
I’m probably off the track. There you go which one of my minds is working I wonder?
Best wishes to you.

Yes, I think you are on the right track π Thanks for your comments
Some situations are best avoided.
Our “inner wimp” may be an asset.
So true!
I’m a total wimp. Mostly bluster and little substance. I’m still struggling to learn how to unconditionally “love myself” – warts and all. In my mind, this achievement is true enlightenment.
Thanks for sharing on this topic. bulldozer00 never ceases to fascinate me π
My inner wimp controlled me up until the age of 38, at which time I was able to get him under control…………….
That’s impressive! Thanks for the likes on my blog π
