Yesterday I finished my breakfast and had no recollection of eating it. This is an common occurrence for me as I am often lost in my thoughts. I was disappointed that I didn’t take the opportunity to enjoy my porridge, blueberries and Greek yoghurt. I thought to myself, ‘tomorrow I will focus on enjoying my breakfast’. But I forgot again – almost anyway. When I was down to my last two spoonfuls I remembered. I guess this is progress in mindfulness π

Eating delicious food is the perfect time to practice mindfulness in motion. Savoring the flavors, tastes, textures, colors, aromas. π
Keep at it and you’ll soon see real progress AND you’ll enjoy your meals more.
Wonderful blueberry photo! Thanks for all the likes and good words on my blog. I am going to think about mindfulness at breakfast tomorrow morning.
