Love this selection! Reminds me of my mother’s old cookbook. I remember she got it when they bought a new gas stove. I still have the book, although it’s more or less in pieces now, but I could never bring myself to throw it out. Lots of unhealthy recipes calling for 1bs of butter, suet and such.
