It is a Small World blog evolved from my fascination with all things small. It was catapulted into being when my youngest son gave me an electronic microscope for my birthday. It enables me to see magnified images of everyday items and photograph the images. I would like to share these images on this blog.
In December 2020 I merged this blog with All About Words WA.
I also have an interest in small tea-sets and small teddy bears. I intend to post photos of ‘small things’ a few times a week.
Another purpose of my blog is to encourage my creativity to come out of hiding, little by little.
I hope you enjoy what you find here. I would welcome your feedback on my blog and also of the small things that make YOUR life more fascinating.
That’s such a great idea…there are such fascinating details once you drill down..I’m playing with a Macro mMoment lens for iPhone at present, to the extent I ordered a microscope /camera to go even deeper…sadly it’s not very good quality so I expect I have to splurge… I utterly love your detail photographs, the finer parts of creation…. you have spurred me on to spend more money 🙂
Thanks so much for your feedback. It might just inspire me to get my SuperEyes out of the cupboard again. I sort of ran out of things to photograph 🙂
