Developing Your Eye II – Triumphant

This is the final post in a series by WordPress. I struggled to think of what photo I could take that would demonstrate the word, triumphant.

I decided on this one mainly with the reminder that we can be triumphant in most things we undertake if we can only get started and then have the boldness to complete the task.

Developing Your Eye II – Edge

If I understand this challenge correctly, it is to use an editing tool to ensure a straight line is visible within the photo. I struggled with this, so instead, I took a photo of some artwork in my office. The framed photo in the middle has driven me crazy in trying to hang it as straight as I can. It was when I recognised that the frame is straight but the photo subject (part of our local Busselton Jetty) leans to the right I understood the problem!

Developing Your Eye II – Moment

When we visited the Peel Zoo in Pinjarra recently I enjoyed taking photos of the birds and animals. They didn’t all behave and stand still for the photos though. This wombat was on the move but I clicked away anyway and captured this moment as he rushed past.

Developing Your Eye II – Natural World

It is a continuing battle between the natural world and our built environment. The photo below shows the result of being tucked up inside, nice and warm, while the garden is getting lots of rain and the natural world takes over. I really must get out and pull some weeds!
